It’s that time of year again, folks! We’re back with a very special edition of Perk, where we feature coffees that are sourced and roasted by Perk (that’s us!).
What excites you about coffee?
It’s how coffee can be both simple and complex. From the unique origins and growing conditions to the roasting and brewing, each step adds layers of flavour and story. No two cups are exactly the same, and discovering those subtle differences keeps the experience fresh and engaging.

What's one interesting fact about where this coffee was grown?
Goroka is the capital of the Eastern Highlands province in PNG, where coffee takes a main role on the local economy. Local companies from the Okapa Area are involved in growing and buying Okapa Coffee in parchment form. Due to the remoteness of the region, the coffee is air freighted out to the nearest town for processing prior to shipment.
