October 2024 — Atlantis Coffee

An interview with Atlantis Coffee:

What's one thing we should know about you?

We’re stoked to be featured on Perk for the first time! We’re a coffee company that focuses on sustainability as much as possible. Kind of like Perk, we donate to improve the habitats of marine life (hence the name!) with every order

What excites you about coffee?

Roasting coffee is an exciting process. Watching the beans change colour in real time, and develop flavour is fascinating. Each roast brings out different characteristics, and experimenting with techniques to highlight those unique tastes is always rewarding.

If you could recommend one song to listen to while drinking your coffee, what would it be?

New York California by Skegss. It’s the same good thing over and over again, just like our coffee.
