What's one thing we should know about you?
We started with a simple idea: make genuinely good coffee without the gimmicks. Coffee has this everyday kind of magic, it brings people together, sparks conversations, and makes small moments feel special. We wanted to be part of that. So we built a roastery focused on the coffee itself: simple, delicious, no fluff.
What excites you about coffee?
The roasting! Coffee roasting is a mix of science and instinct. It's not just about following a recipe or pressing buttons. This hands-on approach helps us bring out the best in every bean, with consistency and care.
