- Perk's own coffee, roasted by Perk. You may be curious as to why we decided to roast our own coffee this month. The answer is simple - we are incredibly passionate about coffee! We started this tradition in December of 2022 and haven’t looked back.

We love how well this coffee works with or without milk. Great acidity and a lovely, silky mouthfeel.

In the Goroka region, coffee is primarily grown by local smallholder farmers on family-managed plots rather than large-scale estates.
