This coffee is very balanced. It makes the perfect espresso to be enjoyed with or without milk.

Ilya Rozanov from Heated Rivalry. Bold, balanced, quietly sweet, and impossible to forget.
What's one interesting fact about where this coffee was grown?
A portion of this blend is sourced from smallholder farmers in the Okapa District of the Eastern Highlands in Papua Ne Guinea. The region’s fertile volcanic soil, high elevation, and hand-processed cherries all contribute to its distinctive floral notes.

What's your favourite thing about this coffee?
We love how a lighter roast really brings out the fruitiness of this coffee. It's sweet and bright and has a lovely sparkling mouthfeel.
What fictional character does this coffee remind you of?
Lorelai Gilmore from Gilmore Girls. Light, bright, and full of character.
What's one interesting fact about where this coffee was grown?
Ghost Filter features beans from the Okapa District in Papua New Guinea, where coffee has been grown by smallholder farmers for generations. The PNG cherries are hand-picked and washed, a process that brings out clean acidity and floral notes.
