July 2025 — Timely Coffees

An interview with Timely Coffees

What's one thing we should know about you?

We're an Open Door Roastery. That means you can walk in whenever we’re open. No need to book a tour, no need to know someone. Just come in, grab a coffee, ask a question, and see what we’re up to. You don’t need special access to understand how we roast coffee, where it comes from, or why we do things the way we do. Our decisions are made in the open, guided by our values. Whether you’re drinking our coffee at home or looking for a partner to roast yours, the door’s always open.

What excites you about coffee?

Coffee allows us to build a business that is rooted in our values of generosity and responsibility.

If you could recommend one song to listen to while drinking your coffee, what would it be?

Best Guess by Lucy Dacus.
