The Roasts
As always we have asked our featured roaster to choose two roasts they would like to feature, an espresso and a filter.
Espresso - Dark Matter:
Origins: Brazil (Santa Lucia) Yellow Bourbon natural, Colombia (El Tambo) Catura/Castillo washed.
Blended for espresso it carries a heavy body, intense, balanced and rich flavours.
Tastes like: chocolate, caramel, orange & marzipan.
Filter - Ethiopia Yirgacheffe:
Origins: Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe) Autumn Heirloom natural.
Tastes like: rasberry acidity, creamy mouth feel with flavours of pinot, rasberry, papaya, peach, blueberry, strawberry, mandarin and a long sweet finish.
