What's one thing we should know about you?

We pledge to plant a tree for every bag of coffee we sell with our partners at Eden Projects. As of December 2023, we have pledged to plant over 13,800 trees!

What excites you about coffee?
Having the opportunity to make a positive impact in the industry by contributing to fairness in the supply chain, promoting an accessible and approachable product, and upholding our sustainability and transparency values.

What's your favourite thing about this coffee?

This version of Timely One was roasted specifically for brewing Espresso. This coffee is very balanced, and it’s got delicious notes of stone fruit and chocolate.

What fictional character does this coffee remind you of?

Inigo Montoya from The Princess Bride, because he is consistently true to his values. This is coffee is like that in some ways — consistent and easy to interpret.

What's one interesting fact about where this coffee was grown?
Coffee cherries in La Plata are pulped without water during processing, and the fermentation takes place in open-air tanks for a minimum of 18 hours, contributing to the unique flavor profile of the region's coffee.

This version of Timely One was roasted specifically for Filter brewing. This coffee is clean, balanced, and has a lovely fruity acidity that lingers after you’ve sipped.

What fictional character does this coffee remind you of?

Helen Tudor-Fisk from ABC’s “Fisk”. She’s consistent, predictable, and is good at what she does. This coffee reminds us of that — it’s easy to drink, and is uncomplicated and straightforward.

What's one interesting fact about where this coffee was grown?
