What's one thing we should know about you?

It's December once again, and we're thrilled to bring back our exclusive Perk Special Edition for this month's feature coffee. That's right — it's Perk coffee, roasted by Perk, just for you. Wondering why we've continued this tradition? After the success of last year, we've decided to make it an annual affair. So, get ready to indulge in our Perk Special Edition, a lot selection chosen exclusively for you.

But the best part is that we are using the exact same lot for Espresso and Filter, but roasted differently to suit each profile. We loved this lot so much, and we wanted to showcase its deliciousness to everyone, both as a rich and creamy espresso roast, and a delicate and citrus-forward filter roast. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What excites you about coffee?

We appreciate the diverse world of coffee — from exceptional producers to unique roasting methods. Privileged to be part of this industry, we bring you something new and exciting with every installment.

Spanish Joint by D’Angelo. This track, with its upbeat tempo and rich harmonies, mirrors the lively layers you'll find in our coffees.

What fictional character does this coffee remind you of? Moira Rose from Schitt’s Creek. Rich, memorable, and extra. What's one interesting fact about where this coffee was grown? The Esperança Blend is a cup profile made up of natural, pulped natural and washed coffees from the south of Brazil. Each lot is crafted by Capricornio coffees to have the same profile shipment after shipment.	State of Paraná, Brazil What's your favourite thing about this coffee? We love that this coffee tastes like orange and almond, and is complex and rich. What fictional character does this coffee remind you of? Marceline the Vampire Queen from Adventure Time. She’s talented, complex, and rebellious, much like this coffee! What's one interesting fact about where this coffee was grown?
